How to apply
Assuming your employer has met the requirements to hire a foreign worker, he/she will need to fill out an Employer Supplementary form. This form is available on this page: Temporary Work Visa Requirements and Forms
As well as this, it is recommended that your employer write a letter explaining what your skills will bring to their business.
You will also need to complete a visa application form. This form can be found on this page: Work Visa Form
You can submit the compeleted application at your local immigration NZ office. See: List of Immigration NZ Offices

Requirements
- A valid passport
- Job offer
- Proof that you have the qualifications to meet the job criteria
- Good health (a health check may be required)
- Good character (a criminal record check may be required)
- Completed application form
